About Will Cook

Will is a native of Baton Rouge, LA, but has lived in NYC and Boston for most of his adult life. He attended graduate school in Boston and worked as a Medical Software Project Director focused on managing client expectations through sophisticated software implementation projects for many years. Will’s experience managing large scale projects in the corporate world has suited his transition to real estate over 9 years ago.

Will’s mission has been to use integrity and accountability to exceed his client`s expectations by guaranteeing a hassle free real estate experience through the use of innovative systems. Will has worked in the luxury markets of Boston, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale and has also owned his own real estate firm in Louisiana. Presently, Will is focused on the luxury markets of Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.

While most of Will’s experience has been marketing luxury homes and estates, he is equally as comfortable educating first time buyers and real estate investors. Will has been a multi-year, multi-million dollar producer and has also been in the role of broker/owner of a firm. While his depth of knowledge spans several states, Will understands the importance of acting as a focused and trusted advisor with each of his clients. Will has been told that he is an effective communicator, skilled negotiator, and an excellent market resource for any buyer or seller. He loves what he does and we think that makes a difference.
